How We Work
Consultation & Scope
We begin by understanding your project. During our initial meeting, we'll review drawings, discuss timeline requirements, and identify any potential challenges. We'll provide preliminary feedback on feasibility and material options.
Design & Engineering
Once scope is defined, our drafting team creates detailed fabrication drawings. For structural work, we coordinate with your engineer. Final plans require your approval before fabrication begins. This step ensures accuracy and prevents costly changes later.
Fabrication
Our shop takes over. We source materials, begin cutting and forming, and proceed through welding, grinding, and finishing. Throughout fabrication, our quality control team inspects work-in-progress to ensure specifications are met.
Quality & Delivery
Before shipping, we conduct final inspection. Structural welds are visually examined and documented. We package components for protection during transit. Delivery is scheduled per your project timeline.
What to Expect
Communication
You'll receive regular updates on progress. Any issues or change orders are communicated immediately with clear options.
Quality Assurance
Every project follows our documented QA process. Critical welds receive additional inspection methods as required.
Timeline Adherence
We build realistic schedules and work to meet them. If delays arise, you'll know immediately with revised projections.
Clean Worksite
Our shop maintains organization standards. Your site will be left clean of debris and unused materials after delivery.
