Payment Terms
For new clients, we require a 50% deposit to begin fabrication work. This deposit covers material costs and initial labor. The remaining balance is due before shipment or delivery of completed work.
Deposit Refunds
Deposits are non-refundable once fabrication has begun. Materials purchased specifically for your project cannot be returned or resold. If you need to cancel before work commences, the deposit may be applied to a future project within 12 months.
Custom Work
All custom fabrication is made to order based on your specifications. Once production begins, cancellations are not accepted and deposits are non-refundable. We recommend thoroughly reviewing all drawings and specifications before approving work to begin.
Quality Guarantees
We stand behind our workmanship. If you identify issues with our fabrication quality, we will address them promptly. This includes rewelding, refinishing, or remaking components that do not meet our stated specifications.
Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute regarding billing or work quality, we encourage direct communication. Our goal is to find a fair resolution. If issues cannot be resolved through direct discussion, parties may pursue mediation through industry organizations.
